planning appeals
A planning appeal should always be a last resort, as it can be a costly process and will delay a project.
To undertake one, it is important to get the level of appeal right — whether for a written representation, informal hearing or public inquiry — and to assemble the right team.
We can coordinate and submit written submission appeals, and we specialise in providing design advice through appearing as an expert witness at public enquiries. We often lead on planning enforcement cases and make representations on behalf of community or private objectors to planning applications.
GreerPritchard director Julie Greer has presented evidence at a number of high profile appeals, including the inquiry for London Bridge Tower (The Shard), as well as for a number of smaller-scale developments.
