We were appointed to represent the interests of neighbours who objected to a two-storey side extension and full-width rear extension to a Grade II listed building in Dulwich Village in south London. Officers had recommended the proposal for approval.

GreerPritchard's Julie Greer made representations at Southwark's Community Council, and the recommendation in favour of development was overturned by a vote of 7 to 1. Julie gave evidence at the informal hearing and the appeal was dismissed.
