GreerPritchard secured planning and listed building consent for a change of use from offices to A3 (restaurant) at ground floor level, and the erection of a part one-, part two-storey roof extension to accommodate a penthouse apartment in Southwark, London.
The site had a previous refusal for a traditional double mansard, but the client took the courageous decision to apply again, appointing GreerPritchard and William Matthews Associates.
The progressive design was supported by officers and agreed by the Planning Committee in November 2015.
