GreerPritchard was appointed to provide advice following the refusal of a planning application for a mixed-use development in the heart of Highgate Village in the London borough of Camden.
The client had been trying to secure consent for several years, but suffered two refusals due to considerable local opposition. Our appeal was allowed and the client was delighted:
"Thank you all so very much for your hard work in getting this decision. I am also moved by the passion you have all shown along the way which went over and above the norm."
