GreerPritchard was appointed by a private client to advise on planning policy for a project in Guildford, Surrey. The site lies within the Green Belt and is in an Area of Great Landscape Value.
The proposal included the recladding of the existing dwelling in metal, which is considered a leap from the local vernacular. We set out the policy argument in support of the proposal.
Planning permission was granted within eight weeks.
