GreerPritchard was appointed to submit a listed building consent application for the refurbishment of Driscoll House at 172 New Kent Road in London. We also prepared a sociological history of this fine Grade II listed building.
Driscoll House was one of the first women's hostels in London. Local opposition to the opening of the hostel generated repeated requests from council officers for the submission of a planning application as well, to establish the permitted use.
We successfully argued against the need for a planning application
outcome   listed building consent granted
