Collaborating with Glen Howells Architects, GreerPritchard prepared a townscape, visual and built heritage assessment for a ground-plus-17-storey tower in Catford, London.
The sensitive site is opposite a conservation area and metropolitan open land. The project was presented to the Lewisham Design Review Panel on four occasions, gaining their full support.
